Autumn

Autumn

A Poem by twinklestar

" Autumn "
A chilly breeze in the air. Telling the coming of winter.
The all changing colors red, yellow , orange.
The delectable crunchiness of leaves beneath our feet.
Falling leaves gracefully find their way too the ground avoiding the eager and desperate clutches of young children.
Yes, I adore autumn.
As everything dies and goes to sleep. I find peace.
Everything is still as the calamity and havoc of the world quiets down. I find peace.
Everything stays still.

this makes me reflect and hope...when i finally go to sleep for the final time, i hope i can also find peace.

autumn of our life, it is interesting when compared to nature's autumn.

how the colors come and the leaves look their best just before they die..it is often how we appreciate people we know so much right before they die.
they leave that last impression on us...

beauty in death?

mmmm
