little white lie

little white lie

A Poem by Sarah

the little white lie,

starts small at first,

then grows to be black and ugly,

like the poision hidden in ones soul,

be transformed into an ever growing well of terror,

the little white lie,

it isn't so little,

it isn't so pure of damnation,

a lie is a lie my friend,

what are you gonna do to stop the lies,

lies everyone tells,

the lies you tell everyday,

so why lie?

because you have something to hide.

we all do.
