![]() UntitledA Poem by Tumi![]() Seeing love after a long time![]() As the sun glares deeply below the horizon, casting lustful golden eyes on the pavement, there she sits"my ultimate goal. Her eyes shine brighter than the stars; jealousy creeps beneath the sun’s hot grasp. Her face, just like before, haunts my tired nights and fills my dreams. The breeze buzzes like bees, and silence envelops us. Her gaze flits to her phone while my heart pounds with love, each beat echoing my longing. Her eyes, the same as moonlight, sparkle in the twilight. Rosy, curly lips"how I recall them on dreamy nights. Her soft chin, fondly remembered from my sleep, remains unchanged. Those intense eyes, cool and inviting, cascade down her shoulders like a gentle waterfall. My own eyes grow older, yet her hands remind me of a rose, blooming at sunrise, fragrant with soft jellies. They rest upon her shoulders, trailing down to her covered feet, and all of it mesmerizes me. I love her always"maybe forever, maybe till time itself dies. © 2024 TumiAuthor's Note
