Journey of Love
On the winding road of love, we tread softly,
Through shadowy parts, winds howls through the trees
Our gentle feet tremble, but we shake off shortly.
Every bolt that strikes against our love shall
freeze
Like lakes below autumn’s chilling haze;
The jolts of affection my heart shall release.
We soar far, beyond the velvet sky haze
Catching the rhythms and blues in ecstasy,
Our eyes entwined in your melodic gaze.
The moon tries to cast its spell jealously,
But we stick as one, against its gloomy façade;
time creeps beneath our very eyes, cautiously.
Our love is a breath that never ceases nor fades,
A soul intertwined until death's sickle claims our breath.
If God so pleases, may we live 'til our final days
