Wet my dress

No need to school,

No need to see the pool

Stop its much

Your tears and eyes

Are bitter too much

Havoc and chaos

You pour in rage

A sea or an ocean

You made a dwelling place

Rain, rain stop today

Rain elsewhere

Or pour another day

Rain is a very powerful force of nature. It can help so much when the land is parched and dry or it can do so much harm through flooding. The rain brings a beautiful freshness to nature when it falls, the grass is a little brighter, a little greener. The flowers hold their little heads up to receive its cool touch. The scent of rain is so beautiful and I love how it feels on my skin when I get caught in a shower. You capture the joy of rainfall very poetically, tumi and I love how you ask the rain to stop falling or rain somewhere else or come back another day, but for today, just to leave as you have seen enough of it and it is no longer a welcome guest!
