Why not cry in the rain?

When the tears are hidden

Through the drops of the pattering rain

Covering the shame

In the drizzling of a billion drops

To console the heart

With its use of watery words

 

Why not mourn in the rain?

Noting else shall be seen

But you,

But the rain,

While crying your heads out

With your mouth shivering

Caging the burden in your heart

Mourning in agony

 

Why not cry at the pouring of the rain?

Why stand alone

Battling your painful soul

It shall hide your shame

Drenching the heats of pain

For

NO one shall see your tears
