Your words hurt the more

Each time my heart remembers

When I professed the feelings in my heart

Your words bottled my pain

The coldness in your voice

Your eyes stare with disdain

Tears drop rolling freely down my cheeks

My eyes were wet

My feelings were soaked by the rains of hurtful words

 

You made a deep scar

When you speak

In the sheer agony encountered

My pride became weak

 

The word you say

Made me what I am today
