JudgementA Poem by SethThe sky a dark, murky whirlpool of clouds and wind. A swing gliding back and forth all alone. A salty drop ripples over happiness and alters its appearance. Gasping for air to save me from drowning in my sorrow. Music’s soft hand reaches out to me and pulls me out of the ocean of my tears. The choir of laughter and whispers reaches into my glassy eyes and pulls out more tears. Am I good enough? What’s wrong with me? They don’t care about how I feel… They think their enjoyment is all that matters. They are the reason that I learned that life sucks at such a young age. Middle school boys are stupid if they’re like that, Which most of them are. And adults wonder why kids hate middle school.
