Love Has No Boundaries

Love Has No Boundaries

A Poem by Tulpi

There are truths we don’t wonder about

For recognition they don’t need to shout

That the sun rises in the east and sets in the west

It doesn’t need to be put to test

That to live we need air

That in life we should always be fair

That milk gives way to thick frothy cream

That fairy tales exist only in a dream

That during spring blossoms grace trees

And that love has no boundaries

That hearts can beat in tune to another heart

We feel what the other feels even if miles apart

That blood is just a term used in biology books

That two souls are joined through the heart’s tender hooks

That a person’s smile can make a heart weep

As it wins its way with a mighty sweep

That a person’s cries can wrench a soul

To protect the person from tears for your life whole

That mating of hearts helps you soar free

Because love has not a single boundary.

Apt title for a beautiful ode. Indeed, love has no boundaries - especially the unconditional kind that you describe here. Lovely. Thank you.
