I Plant Seeds

I Plant Seeds

A Poem by Ty
"

I Plant Seeds. Life. A Voyage.

"
I plant seeds
Inevitable span of time between
Spans bridges,
Atop endeavors and rivers,
Bluntly pressed
I plant seeds
In hopes photosynthesis anchors,
Time of essence
Indeed essentially eventually destined
Expected
I've evolved
A voyage
A movement
I plant seeds
In hopes life sprouts
Life in all spectrum colors
Visual physics savory time confidence
Mother Earth sling shot in hula hoop ballroom elegance
It'd speak volumes,
If you'd allow me this dance
Depressing I'd find some moments alone
Tethered, upsetting if you let it
Enlightened
Exact,
Enough altitude to scratch comet's backs
Rubbing shoulders with the sun
I plant seeds for future
For life, for you, for time
All I'd have otherwise,
Is me in the land of dark and black,
If the sun plummets out of the sky
I've excavated to Earth's center
I plant seeds to begin
A gust of breath mistaken for wind
I plant seeds in search of self
Grappling.
What sprouts or soars
In times weeds
Weak roots,
Totem poles, redwood,
Or pyramids
Potent
Retains, remains
And whether I dissolve or grow
Measures in physical entity,
Eminently,
I plant seeds.
