Somebody Else

Somebody Else

A Poem by Ty
"

Somebody

"
Her hot Earth yellow skin,
I'll have a Venti please.
Ella Fitzgerald Summertime swimming pool
More than ready to dive in.
Never laid eyes on such a woman,
With her sunshades on, fancy and cool.
Fine-drawn sunshine,
"This light looks good on you, morning came early",
Silky, elegant, lovely, foxy.
Uncanny sense of humor, fierce.
Confidence, certain.
Apparently nervous,
Here I am thinking I'm smooth, cool, and flirting.
She steered down a path that altered direction,
Bearing open arms, extending love and affection.
That first kiss, a gentle sweet breath; morning coffee.
I think I'll have another sip.
