I love you

Though I’ll never show it

I miss you

Though you’ll never know it.

 

I talk to you

from day to day

Though I ma not show it

I want you look my way.

 

I had my heart broken once before,

I trusted him completely,

Now that path is no more.

My heart is no longer an open door.

 

Will you allow me

to put my faith in you?

Will you promise

to always remain true?

Until those promises are

shown through words

I shall wait

and just watch the birds.
