showing gifts to strangers,

smiling at day old tans?

 

Are you out there,

sat in a place on the coast,

filleting choice memories,

for a blank scrapbook?

 

Are you in there,

behind your perilous eyes,

somewhere beyond a forgotten door,

chancing a smile at tomorrow?
