Something's Gotta Give

Something's Gotta Give

A Poem by T.S. Claus
"

Eh, nothing special really. If this is your first reading of mine, I encourage you to check out my other, much better, writing. Thanks!

"

Hurt yourself and you’re damn evil

It was they who made the villain out of me

Let them watch your skinny turn

To tightly, skin wrapped bones

The milk made me sick

Scamming, selling, trading

Lying, tricking, conning

“Let me hit it one more time”

It’s like I had one foot and leg

I couldn’t get anywhere new

Wanting death, I did the drugs

To walk around four cities;

Stranger at the local libraries

No bus change, it didn’t matter

Cause I had no place to go

Something’s gotta give

Need someone real to talk with me

Not the strange men

They're makin’ eyes at me

I think I am annoying - Think I talk too much

Something's gotta give

Less I just kill myself

One way, or another

By drug or by blood

I don't wanna die
