Again

Again

A Poem by Jb

Tear stains coat her porcelain skin

As the glass begins to break

Mirrors will shatter, nothing else matters

There's not much more that she can take

Her soul is starving

Hungry for love

Stomach so hollow, but she just can't swallow

Because deprivation is the only thing that will let her float above

But her will isn't enough

As temptation is calling

She could only be strong for so long

Stuffing her face with sin, it's so appauling

Trapped within oblivion

Lost within the moment

Everything else fades away

Gluttony is the only component

But her mind can't comprehend

The consequences until it's too late

And she's falling back into the whirlwind

Of misery and self hate

A few slashes on the wrist though

Will surely bring her back

As blood laced with agony

Will serve as ammonition for the attack

So back to her bed

She'll fade away

Desintegrating, commiserating

Simply cannot take another day

But the sun will still rise again tommorow

Cruely peaking into her closing eyes

And the cylce will start all over again

Perpetuating cruelty until she dies
