Ruins of your battlefieldA Poem by TrivénA poem of betrayal and revenge. Is there a way to repair, an already broken heart When it's all torn up and burn, and ashes flown so far All the knives you've stabbed, and all the lies you've told Are just ruins of your battlefield Is there a way to go back, and repair it all Have it already gone to far, and everything will fall Piece by piece they go, and here we're standing In the ruins of your battlefield From the ruins I will arise A plan of revenge I will devise I'll make sure you'll get a surprise No turning back, tell your last goodbyes Murky water, drifting in Red from blood and black of sin Now the knives come, breaking your boats keel Keeping you afloat no more, now how do you feel Pour on some gasoline, light it up and watch you burn You scream and scream, scream and scream And to quote you "what's the big deal" How did I feel? Now. You. Know!
