WHEN GOOD SOULS MEET – IT WAS MEANT TO BE

THIS POEM IS A DEDICATION TO ONE OF MY DEAR FRIENDS I FOUND IN MY OFFICE. IT IS TOUGH TO MAKE TRUE FRIENDS IN OFFICE BUT THIS SPECIAL FRIEND I KNOW WILL REMAIN IN MY LIFE AND WILL HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE

We met we spoke and then we didn't

Wasn't too sure of how you really would be

Still quiet and talking only when required

And that’s where within the silence the bond grew strong

Today when i look back and think of the days gone by

I feel happy feel blessed to have a friend like you around

I cross my heart and promise to you

Forever I would be, beyond eternity holding on to you 

Not often do you cross roads with friends so true

And that’s why I feel happy to be with you

U let me be me…share the laughter and the cries

I know you there whenever troubles come to try

I raise my hands and thank to thee

For it’s for this friendship that I see myself happy as I will always be
