SpoiledA Poem by David Elijahaprilthirtieth2018. An analogy. He abused his power when he was king of the world. The peasants overcame his army and his power was hurl'd. His king friends looked upon his misfortune with pity. With rage in his heart he began to vandalize the city. The peasants were terrified for he had nothing to lose. Trapped him where they could end his life if they so choose. The city that was once his, full of people of his own. The peasants pitied too that he was stripped of his thrown. So they returned to him his crown after his goodness was vowed. But you can't recover rotten milk that has to be tossed out. He went about, once again, to have his status pimped. But this time done in secret with all witnesses lynched. After some time, he went ham to make up for time missed. Too many peasants were hung for them to be able to stop this bliss.
