roses

roses

A Poem by john-alec mitchell

roses red stained by blood
roses black marked by death
roses white drained by life
roses yellow hoped of peace
roses pink cried for love
roses blue drowned by tears
who knew flowers had so many stories

Good thoughts here, sir. Taking the meaning behind the colors of flowers and making a consistent thought with it.
Keep writing!
