The sound of rain on the window

The sound of cars passing by

The sound of blood through my ear lobes

The sound of tears as you cry

The sound of love as it's ending

The sound of nothing when you leave

This sounds bittersweet, it is hard losing a loved one. I don't know what exactly this is portraying, a person just leaving someone or someone dying, but either way it would work and still be very sad.
