Do fleas have fleas?

If fleas do have fleas,

Do they treat the fleas with flea powder?

And does the flea powder kill the host flea?

If not, why not, I wonder?

Surely you know this.. Little fleas have big fleas upon their backs to bite 'em and little fleas have littler fleas and so ad infinitum!
