Beach escape

Beach escape

A Poem by Annie Nicole

You sat upon the infinity of grinded crystals as your eyes were drawn to the roaring blue sea
Seagulls above circling and echoing one another
People begin to pass embedding their feet into the soft warm earth.
Beginning to wonder about the time
How long have you been here?
Oh! but does it matter?
Slowly you lie back and fall onto a coastal mattress.

Your "coastal mattress" is well noted with the tranquility that reading this brings. This California girl loved your beach escape, Annie!

Beautiful. You create a place near the sea. Allowed the reader to feel and see the visions of something becoming part of the sea and the sand. Thank you Annie for sharing the amazing poetry. I enjoyed this one.
