Wet Eyes Gaze

Wet Eyes Gaze

A Poem by Treble

Moods go from
sad
to jealous
to loving
to jealous
to sad
to loving
to sad
to loving
to jealous
just because she feels like letting
wet eyes gaze upon
her loving memories.
The morning dew upon
the soles of her small feet
reminds her of the summer
he put her on his shoulders
and danced till he was red.
She is jealous...
not of another being,
but of heaven,
as her wet eyes gaze upon
the memories she could have made
at 10, 18, 25.
