I thought the moon kicked a*s and that's why the sun disappeared. Gee I got that wrong!! Now on a serious note what a lovely poem in so few words, a wonderful romantic poem on the changing of the shifts. Why did I not write this??? Probably because I'm not lynn! lol You have left me lost in space! :):)

How beautiful is this. The ultimate gift of love in a timeless circle. I think the story is as old as mankind and the concept of love. Many myths but no one quite knows where the concept comes from.

I like the story in the poem. To die for love daily. True love my friend. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

The tightness is enviable; it's tough to do epigrams well, and boy howdy, is this one done well.

Yes... I have felt this masculine necessity to give space. Yet the Sun ever wishes to shine upon the liveliness of the moon...
A very complex thought about the masculine and feminine dance.
