I have come to the conclusion
that sorrow has come
to stretch out my heart
for the expansiveness of love

Reminds me of always seeing the positive in the negative or like a consequence like sun that will follow rain, eventually. A nice, positive, encouraging view.
Maybe the sorrow and pain we go through makes us more receptive to receiving and giving love in its various ways.
