Blue

Blue

A Poem by Traxler
"

About the rain

"
I can almost see you through the blue
The hue that makes you, you
Illuminate the diamonds, that shine like few
Through the blue, i always knew, when the thunder booms
I can almost see you

Higher than clouds, that bellow like whales
And carry storms over sails
and paint scenes with the gales
Theres a sun that is hiding, and never fails
And a sky that sweats to wet your scales
Up higher than clouds, that bellow like whales

The storms we see that set to ravage and sink
The ships guided by a stars last wink
To a destination that is missed with a blink
Another chain unraveled, with no missing link

I can almost see you through the blue
The hue that makes you, you
Illuminate the diamonds, that shine like few
Through the blue, i always knew, when spring comes to bloom
I can almost see you

Very nice imagery with the blue. It fit the mood of this piece wonderfully. Also enjoyed the framing of the repeated beginning and ending and how the thunder changed to spring. Beautifully crafted!
