Have you ever tasted snow
Falling from your storm-lid eyes Capture every crafted flake Like frozen, bitter butterflies Shedding ashes on your tongue Reminders of your requiem Melting into angels The land and sky becomes Rivers to horizons The violence of the Sun Glistens as you shake Your fist down to your knees The murderer of love The scorching of your wings Three long years of evaporating tears Drowning in your fountain Of Youth The mystic faeries whisper secrets Of rot and flesh and hate--regret Lying deep within your Winter mountain Misty, shrouded, tomb--enchanted Water falls on alabaster Bones reveal the love you captured Rethreading nerves into your spine Perfection tuned, a soul divine "Arise from your cacophonous dread" "You're an instrument of light", the faeries said "You've got melodies weaving through your f*****g head" © 2017 transentienceReviews
