Note to Self, Or to Everyone else

Note to Self, Or to Everyone else

A Poem by transentience

Here I am, old friend. The excuse to blame yourself for every action that pries into those festering wounds, the ones you justify because you feel you deserve it. Just accept it--forgiveness into your heart. Fight the fear that preys upon your unknown. Your passive way is just apathy in disguise--an affliction worse than fear. It's giving up on love. It's the disimpassionment of your once fiery essence. How can you ever know love if you never have the courage to stand up for your f*****g self? You only let people down when you allow yourself to fall. Apathy truly is the most tragic of all.

But buried deep inside your righteous soul sleeps a beast of benevolence, waiting for your call, to rip to shreds your zombified mind, so you can feel again...please hold on to what makes you so beautiful and free...
