LIFE'S PRESENTATION

When life doesn't go as planned, be happy and stay strong.

Life presents itself to us

as tough but we need to 

know how to truly live 

because the truth is

When we breathe we'll know,

know how it is hard when we

can't truly breathe.

When we feel we'll

know what it's like to 

truly loose touch of

what we truly know.

When we learn to appreciate

what we can see,

we truly realize how beautiful

the world truly is.

When we can no longer feel

the joy life gives,

we should remember.

Life is not roses or just thorns,

it's truly a mix of both,

because when it pokes,

at the receiving end there's

just enough good and relief.

No matter how hard life hits,

comeback stronger and rise

like a phoenix, gold not

bronze because we

are meant to be broken 

and repaired just so that

we can reflect and come

back stronger and attain

some certain form of

true happiness.

I wrote this this piece after reading a piece by coyote poetry 'it's okay'. It's a lovely piece and whoever reads my piece should also read the piece coyote poetry wrote and please don't forget to review.

For sure life is no bed of roses, but neither is it a bed of thorns. More a mix of both. That reminds me to take full advantage and rejoice when the going is good and to work through the bad knowing that change can come. We gain strength when the problems arise.

Your writing is so full of thought, of cherished choices.. each and all revolving about Life as if a Garden in which all things exis : beauty and calm, both the pain and joy of seasonal birth and death. Our walk - as you suggest teaches us how to feel, to be.. To harvest or starve, perhaps.

No rainbow without rain. We all know that this is true, but I can feel the struggle in this poem trying to come to terms with it. It's really not easy to accept it, so we tell ourselves that it's well, as it makes us stronger. I sometimes doubt that, though.

Life certainly is a mixture of both good
and bad,it's up to us and how we deal
with each situation we find ourselves

Your ending really makes this stand out. It's true. Life wasn't meant to be easy. We must often struggle. But if we keep faith and keep going it will work out to our benefit.

Much wisdom in this piece. We don't realize the value of something precious until we lose it. The last lines are especially insightful. Life does indeed have its lumps, but we can use them for our betterment.
