The Endless Circle

The Endless Circle

A Poem by Transhumanist
"

I am raking leaves in the north, waiting for spring, thinking about how life changes.

"

The Endless Circle

Listen

To the rustle of leaves,

In the whispers of the wind

Listen

To the lost music

Of the old men's muscles

Listen

To the empty bellies

Of the old women's desires

Listen

To the leaves... the men & the woman

They tell a story...

Of spring buds, Of summer splendor,

And of winter wisdom.

And listen

Even as the crisp leaves in death speak,

The children romp & play,

Reborn in the piles of knowledge.
