Popcorn

Popcorn

A Poem by Toni Prehoda Kahler
"

the sensuality of eating

"
POPCORN

I watched her eat popcorn
She held her hand in the white sack
while she spoke to him
I watched her lips move
while her hand hid
I watched her delicate lips
open easily, and I knew
she tasted butter.
