His Sad SecretA Poem by The poetic childAll I have to say is thank you for telling me about your past and letting me write this I hope u like itHis sleeves were always long his life like a sad song everything that could went wrong his daddy the man who was supposed to show him right from wrong show him the way give him a good day beat him no matter how much he begged he still got bruises cause daddy could not control himself when he drank he thought they meant love but his arms were purple and blue he didn't know what to do he tried his hardest in school he didn't need daddy mad at him again he cant concentrate he hurts to much a blistering pain filling his body so he brings home failing grades not ready to put up with his fathers drunken haze he comes home he fears for his life as he sees the empty beer bottles and he fears for his life his daddy stagers out and the boy hears him shout your the one who killed my wife u ruined my life you cant do anything right the little boy cryed at the words his father shouted to his shattered heart his father kicked him he punched him he grabbed him he threw him against the wall crack few more ribs broken he punched his face snap went his nose he could no longer see thru his blackened eyes even tho they still managed to cry he kicked his starved tummy the boy coughed up blood the dad screamed not on the rug he punched him one last time and the boy saw his mom she guided him to heaven to live with her its over its finally done this is a war the fathers won
