Til Death Do Us Part

Til Death Do Us Part

A Poem by topsyturvy

The wrath of disappointment embodies her mind

As slivers of darkness falls to the blind

Raging hope of inferno blasts through her thoughts

As waves of despair echoes her lust.

Streams of broken disaster slips

As midnight tears open the wound in his chest.

Mindless he scrambles off to a cliff

Without him knowing his death is amiss.

Swirls of black, grey and blue

Swarm through the night in colorless hue.

A scream that pierces the mistress of plight

Hungers for children in the midst of the night.

Clickity, clack, clack the midnight sun rings

The white knight pales for it is death that he brings.

In life there is no guarantee...you just live it fully as best as you can because you have one life, yet if we live in fear of life we cower daily and that can be worse than death...excellent poem. :)
