MystikaA Poem by topsyturvyShe travels in a world unknown. Unbeknownst to man she cowers in fear Waiting for someone to hold her dear. Keep her afloat in the endless dreams Of seeming nothingness in the throes of her distress. She screams inside so no one will hear The darkness it fills her It yearns for more waiting to be unleashed. The power inside consumes The mystery of it all is assumed In the form of a sleek fox all covered in blue She longs for your words Where promises were made till morning awakes The sun in her lids fall apart as she crumbles Into deep slumber. A whisper in the night chokes You whisper the words I love you. © 2011 topsyturvyReviews
