Letting Go

Letting Go

A Poem by topsyturvy

I could fall for you baby
Fall for you all over again.
But maybe I'd rather not
Lest you break me apart
And tear me to shreds.
Again, and again.

I can still taste your sweet innocence,
On the tip of my tongue it lingers.
The sweet taste of you makes my mouth water.
Can't seem to let you go.
But I will.
I have to.

I have no idea how you stir up such emotion with this candid nature, but your writing here is beautiful. It's a Pretty/Ugly thing. The poem is sad, but the way you wrote it turned it into a work of art. It's Amazing.
