Tumble and Turn

Tumble and Turn

A Poem by TopHatGirl
"

Life is like a washing machine.

"
Wish, wash.
Tumble, roll.
Spin, turn.
Wrinkle, smooth.
Fly, dry.
Life is like a washing machine,
you come out clean and sparkly,
soft and scented,
ready to take on the world.
But as life puts you in the drying machine,
you tumble and fumble,
shrink and wrinkle.
Wear and tear.
You go out in the world,
get dirt on your face,
get tired and worn.
Then you go back in
the washing machine.
To tumble and roll,
spin and turn.
Clean and new,
you come out fresh,
ready to take on the dryer.

Hmm, thats a beautful thought.I have seen people comparing Life with everything and I was expecting a cliche, but you "spinned and turned" it well.I am feeling fresh now :)
