Pianos Chime, Lightning Strikes, Love Forms.

Love can come from anywhere, even two arch enemies.

     I looked outside the window, it was pouring rain. The sky was grey and cloudy, so I couldn't go outside. I had nothing to do, so i started to play Moonlight by Beethoven (search it on youtube or something, great song) on my piano. Lightning flashed and the power went out.I cursed under my breath and lit a candle.  I could barely see the person who was standing in my doorway. Maybe because I couldn't believe that he was there. But there he was, my worst enemy: Josh. We have been enemies ever since his father cheated on his wife with my mother, causing my parents to split up. And I didn't even know him then. We were introduced and when he extended his arm and said "Hello, I'm Josh" I spit in his face. So now we're in a war with eachother.

I stood up from my piano bench. " What the hell are you doing here?" I asked. Then he walked over and held me in his arms. Then he pressed his lips against mine...

 

   "What are you doing?" I mumbled againt his soft lips.

 

    "Falling in love with the girl who's hated me ever since that first 'hello'." he mumbled back, looking into deep into my eyes. My mind denied it. But my heart didn't give a crap what my mind thought. Because my mind is actually pretty stupid. So I pulled away from Josh and spoke with my heart.

  "I love you too." I whispered. And I kissed him even more passionatly. Because ti was true, I did love him, but I always subconciously denied it. But now it was out in the open. He grabbed my hand and led me down hallways and stairs, down streets and over bridges. Suddenly we were at the river.

   "Why are we here?" I asked.

   "Just grab  my hand. " he said. I did. "Hold on tight." Then he ran up to the river and jumped, and so did I . We splashed into the ice cold water, together. Officially ending the war.

Author's Note

1st half done in June, 2nd half in October. So ifit seems alittle weird, thats why.
