A Poem by Tony

I want to catch a train bound for nowhere. I’d like to show up somewhere. I could be anywhere, at times, but for now I am here. I like here at times. Ties bind my body to the here and now. People are tethered to my soul. My mind set adrift on a breeze now and then. Bound for glory and happiness I float on. Found in constant motion is my smile. Drowning in stagnant waters is my heart. ...I’ll keep to constant motion. A smile makes the world brighter; very few care about your heart.

If you are lucky enough to find those precious few, don’t lose them. Protect them with your last breathe. Show appreciation through action as well as words. Hold true to the heart that bleeds for you and the arms that seek to hold you.... or.... watch them get on the train bound for nowhere.... hoping to show up somewhere...

This is a great little piece of writing.
I feel it would read better if you split the lines a lot more.
The sentiments and advice are heartfelt and the reader should be able to absorb them.
I love the line.
Found in constant motion is my smile. Drowning in stagnant waters is my heart. ...I’ll keep to constant motion.
Terrific advice.
Clive.
