A Poem by thomas connelly
"

it is not the job i hate - it the whole idea of working - often i can see dead kangas on the side of the road on the way to work - and now they wanna kill some more of them http://www.canberraroos.com/

"

In the evenings I want to crawl
Into the shuddering corpse
And red amid the dampelled
Floor of heaves of oaken graves
Of ashen stoves of maple staves
OF gummy bears loves of britchen
Loafs of fallow corpses

And soon the son
Settling reflects off windows
Of the boss and makes
Strangers shaped upon the
Overfall beaver of statists
Building

A stooped long loin stupid of
Artomatic carrion inelegant
Roo roo rue on the side
Of the tick tock black block
Arse plant
