AbsolutionA Poem by Nisreen
In some form of absolution
here comes the rain following the tracks a hopeful storm of clear snow unsold never to follow the none existence render saving the soul of the dark seeing a castle in the sand from a distance the waters of speaking life in the grazed fields found a new tradition embracing the change reaching for light a taste in purity mouthful lips in words unspoken the lifting of clouded nights refusing a fall above a drop of rain The weeds revolting a new form of living blossoming through spring
