Wish

May my heart know more love than hate

Remember good will and forget harm

May these hands create

And never destroy

May the soul find fortune in little

And never want

May my body be happiness

Steering away from usage

May i be filled with light

Carrying not one moment in dark

Said a person of pure love for life

And wished the same for all

I love your message & each stanza carries it along with a little different angle, but everything coming together in a cohesive whole. The last stanza is a little surprising becuz it breaks from the established pattern, yet it makes sense & conveys completion.

This is the only stanza that didn't bring strong recognition to mind . . . still wondering what it means . . . "May my body be happiness, Steering away from usage" . . . I think I know what you mean, but it doesn't ring with clarity like the rest of your poem.

It is so, true. May mankind somehow or other actually learn to live by those words, the world would be a far better place. Love is what the world truly needs right now.
