So much strife

so much hate

so much anger

boiling so hot

spilling all around

folks despised others

 

See, the time has changed

I thought you knew

that this world

will never ever wait for you

the world has gone past times of fighting

we all need love and understanding

so drop your guns and your swords

and let us live all as one

 

Every nation, across the ocean

It’s more than just the color

we all need one another

cause we’re all in the same boat

heading towards the same direction

let’s lay aside our differences

reaching out for a higher call

liberating the whole of humanity

from the shackles of oppression

It’s a call to y’all out there
