The Blind and The Fake

The Blind and The Fake

A Poem by Jane Lockheart
"

A clueless guy with a s****y girl.

"

I don't understand what he sees in her.

Is what she has better than what I have?

She's reeks of fake.

She wares skirts so short, it she bends over it will be a show.

She puts so much makeup on everyday, no one knows what she looks like without it.

She wont sit on the gym floor because it's too dirty.

She treats him like a servant.

I wouldn't do that.

She makes him carry her books.

I wouldn't do that.

She flirts with other guys behind his back.

I wouldn't do that.

He doesn't see that shes a s**t.

He doesn't see that she is a b***h.

If he can't see the obvious, then he's not worth my time.

I finally thought I found someone who I could love.

But he failed my test.

He wants blonde.

He wants fake b***s.

He wants short skirts.

He wants tight shirts.

He can have that.

What do I want?

A guy who can think clearly.

A guy who likes me as a person.

A guy...who isn't him.

In the fourth line, I think you meant "if" not "it" ?
Other than that, very well written. Great Job. :D
