Hail The Mystery Child

Hail The Mystery Child

A Poem by Tobe Osigwe
"

Eulogy to the most popular being ever...

"
He was born in a rustic manger
To rid the irate world of caustic danger.
Hail thee the saviour
Who parabled us to be of good behaviour.

The earthly king who lived in no palatial palace
He viewed none with no biased lens.
Magdalene knows of his magnanimity
Adulterous woman attests to his impartiality.

Sadduces, he flawed their traduces
Emma made nonsense of earthly diseases.
The king died poor so we can live rich
Died with robbers so that heaven won't be a far reach.

He fed five thousand with five loaves
Cast out demons and legions in droves
His miracles awed the pundits
He did it, all hail him cos he did it.

Yes, he was a mystery cos after three days
After tombed three days he raised
Yes, he was a mystery cos Mary know no man
Married Mary know no man yet conceived a child.

All hail the man who rid darkness with light
Mystery emma now sits with GOD at his right.
As we celebrate the mystery man today
May our gold not turn clay.
