This poem is not about me, or how I "feel" If you know me , you know I am not one to desire letting go. I was simply inspired by Bubo's post "Field of Crimson Daffodils" - Read the original here... http://www.writerscafe.org/writing/Bubo/713610/

I like the notion of letting go. The notion of oblivion has great appeal ... NO pointless emails, NO competition, NO rain, NO feelings of any kind. It is actually absolutely impossible to imagine. We just can't do it as it involves the absence of imagination, too.
My favourite line is 'The terminus of fragile breath.' There is a purity in all this.
most excellent analogy of "free will"...beautiful sentence.."The upwelling catechism of *deliquescence"..as always a paragraph shown in one declaritive sentence..Laury
I love the background, the picture you choose, and the Poem is brilliant!
Letting Go is something I think many should work on to attain peace. I love this! Great job...
I've just read this again and this time two other lines were the ones that win me: 'I am no longer a seaworthy vessel' which I read personally and '...the drone of hornets in my hair' because it is just so startling.
Well penned search for the slip knots that allow for a full release...I liked the line of 'I am not longer seaworthy'...this is a powerful use of literary metaphor. Says so much about life and the wear and tear it can put one through.
Oh my God you have a poem with Requiem in the title too... I really like this, looks like you ventured outside your comfort zone and created a intensely rich piece of poetry.
My heart loves you even if my words fail me.
Married, middle aged, fluffy, and deeply missing my grand bean. By day I work from home for a foundry. By night, I spend too much time playing around w.. more..
