A different kind of crush

A different kind of crush

A Poem by tkdgirl16

I remember when we first met

you said hello and I sad hey

then we asked about each others day

After that we didn't speak for a while

It felt as long as running a mile

Then after the mile was over

Someone must have made wish on a four leaf clover

because I found myself hanging with you constantly

getting to know more and more as if you were an autobiography

nothing more than a friendship I thought

saw you shoot a basketball shot

lets just say it was your weak spot

experience was mine

and that's the bottom line

still thought nothing of the situation

but still gathering interesting information

hanging by the water

you couldn't have looked so hotter

you were definitely your mothers daughter

hinting off questions left and right

could tell you were treading light

me trying not to blush

I think I might have developed a crush
