May's Sunrises DawningA Poem by Choosing Lifesleep awake
I see golden sun, baked bronzed skin Under my eye lids… Swimming in the sea of sky canopying Flirty touches and shy brushes As my faces blushes Wondering around, in this peculiar vibe Of you and I, Tasting sunshine in first sightings My eyes delighted My tummy excited Carried away by the butterflies inside it And my heart skipping beats like stones on duck filled ponds Imagining myself in those Sienna arms While staring into eyes, that bring my soul Calm Feeling the coolest warm, like May’s sunrises dawn. I see golden sun, baked bronzed skin Under my eye lids… Drinking in the essence of bliss As first press of my lips has fits As they sit on yours, teasing tongue just a bit. my hands get hint of it ,taking face in them helping head tilt ,my blood rushes And I discover first touches While the whole world hushes I feel our hearts thumping. As my insides are humming and spring time is buzzing Making new songs of loving… I see golden sun, baked bronzed skin Under my eye lids… Finding you again and again, While day dreaming. © 2008 Choosing LifeFeatured Review
