Learning Love

Like the ancient paths of the sun

Carving into the earth light and love

Or the wandering course of bodies of waters

Know from whence they came

And where they will end

Adding life to springs

I find myself more

At the end of distractions

And destruction's hold is slippery

I don't think it can find me

Because He hides me

Ahhhh

The shadow of the Almighty

Harder roads have been paved

And barefoot my steps are secure

Falling only to my knees to Praise Him more

I seek wisdom's touch

Drinking from the well of understanding

Only allowing knowing to build me up in Love

I take this time to know me

Feel the beauty of hands

Not present in skin

Mapping out a course

That promises purpose shall be fulfilled

Up hill battles

Make my arms strong enough to carry success

And with each breath I learn to love me more

Like the ancient words that are Life

Written by man hands straight from the heart of God

The script is unfolding

As the scroll is unrolling

I hear Jesus say set the captives free

Alone with nothing, I know All

And grass doesn't grow under my feet

Tears applaud the joy within

Clapping on my face

Making the rain dance

Like the deer I pant

But I thirst no more

Everytime I read a peice of your aork I stand back in Awe, you have a great gift and a great message.
