Sincerely, anxiety

Sincerely, anxiety

A Poem by Cierra

Here it comes, hold on tight

It's not something you can create.

Try to hide, stay out of sight,

You're sure to lose it at this rate.

The pain will subside, in some time.

The fight to stay alive will, too.

Don't sweat it, you'll be fine,

Just don't let your face turn blue.

If you panic, you'll make it worse.

The final step will come again.

Wait it out like rehearsed,

Or suffer like you did back then.
