Time

Time

A Poem by tinkertes
"

Missoula night

"

If I could hold time

I would walk in a circle around you while nobody watched

In the park the music would cease

and all those dancing eyes would stare vacantly into the river sky

for a moment set aside for us

When it’s over, we all will feel better

If only I could hold time

I DON'T DO CRITIQUE FOR CRITIQUE! I am new to Poetry. I only write free verse; though I imagine technique is rewarding. I see a poem in the same way I see a Venn Diagram – mathematical .. more..
